About Shawn
Shawnfatee Bridges is the director of reentry services for the nonprofit organization "TheRealDeal610" where he helps returning citizens get readjusted back into society. Shawnfatee is also the director of outreach for the nonprofit organization NotOneMore, based out of Penn State University. NotOneMore helps troubled youth get on the right track and fights gun violence through restorative justice methods. Shawnfatee is also a member of Prison Society and the conveyor for Berks County, where he goes into county and state prisons to make sure that the men and women are treated fairly.
As the owner and operator of his business Bridgesinspirit LLC, he provides affordable expungement and pardon services. He has been recognized with the NAACP Community Image Award for his business, Bridgesinspirit LLC.
Shawnfatee is a living testament to the power of resilience and perseverance. Though his journey has been marked by hardship and adversity, he has emerged stronger and more determined than ever before. He continues to advocate for criminal justice reform and works tirelessly to support those wrongly convicted.
His dedication extends further as he helps facilitate programs and workshops for two other nonprofit organizations, one being the Alternative to Violence Project (AVP) and the other "Let's Circle Up" Restorative Justice. In his community, he actively participates as an AAU girls' basketball coach and inner-city coach for KTB, demonstrating his commitment to mentorship and youth development.
